  • Before work starts: You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if the project has not started.
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same service, the duplicate payment is refundable.

3. When Work Has Started

Once work has commenced (for example: project planning, drafts, design work, writing, revisions, or setup), payments are generally non-refundable due to the time and resources already committed.

If you’re unhappy with the output, contact us — we will work with you to improve it within the scope of the service purchased.

4. Revisions & Fixes

We aim to deliver professional results. If something is incorrect or missing within the agreed scope, we will make reasonable fixes or revisions to resolve it.

5. Cancellations

You may request to cancel a project at any time. If work has not started and you are within the 24-hour window, you may be eligible for a refund.

If work has started, cancellation may stop further work, but prior work already completed remains billable and non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider and bank. Typically, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
